Huygens Place Amsterdam Hotel

We loved the convenient location, close to all the important museums and within walking distance of all the sights. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing snacks and bottled water daily. The room was beautiful, with a TV, spacious bathroom, and enough storage space. the hotel was well decorated, well designed, and well lit.

Felt very well taken care of, with nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located on the #3 tram line, making it easy to reach attractions and the city center. It is also close to a public park and supermarket. The staff is helpful and the rooms have modern amenities, such as a fridge with complimentary water and coffee for breakfast.

Some guests have mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dusty rooms and dirty walls.

They went out of their way to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. We were able to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the local culture. One of the best aspects of our stay was the comfortable mattress in our room. We had a great night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed.

The room we were initially given was extremely small and cramped. It felt like we were squeezed into a closet.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a great decision! The location is excellent, close to many attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The room was well-appointed and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service, offering a warm welcome drink upon arrival. I especially enjoyed spending time in the garden area, where I could sit on the comfortable garden furniture and relax after a long day out and about.

All things considered, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Upon checking in at Huygens Place, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with complementary pastries. The room was sunny and had a large window, providing a lovely view. Despite being compact, the room and bathroom were efficiently designed and everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress and great pillows. I was impressed that the suitcases could fit under the bed, maximizing space in the room. The A/C was easy to operate, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The hotel clerk was also very helpful, offering to call a taxi for me and suggesting I wait in their charming garden. When I asked for water with fresh mint infusion, the clerk not only allowed me to pour it myself but also offered to bring it out to me later. The mini chocolate croissant and chocolate ganache mini cake he brought me were absolutely delicious. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a vegan restaurant and only a short distance from Leidseplein and other popular attractions.

I loved the Nespresso in the rooms and the welcoming brownies. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The toiletries and in-room fridge were great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel's location near galleries and great restaurants was perfect. The staff were delightful and always ready to assist. The hotel's internal garden was beautiful and provided a great place to relax.

Couldn't fault anything.
